New FMLA Regs Go Into Effect Today!!
In case you’ve been under a rock (or don’t work in HR, I guess), the DOL’s sweeping new regulations on the FMLA go into effect today, January 16.
For a summary of the overhauls, including new military leave and changes to employers’ right to medical information, see my previous post here.
And if you’re an employer, remember that the ADA has just changed drmatically, too; don’t forget to buy a new poster.
